Family Beach

Spain's Beaches
Benidorm has 3 very popular beaches, one of the most popular
is the Playa de Levante, this basically means the rising
beach. This beach is much more secluded than most and
attracts quite young people. This is also a topless beach.
The Playa de Poniente is a much user beach and attracts lots
of families. There is also a smaller beach in between these
two known as Playa Mai Pas.

No traffic is allowed onto the main street of the beach,
this makes it a very enjoyable place to walk. There are also
many restaurants, bars and clubs. It's very busy during the
day and the night, especially during the summer.

Benidorm is located around 45km to the northeast of
Alicante. This is one of the most popular cities in all of
the Costa Blanca. This city is very popular with tourists,
particularly along the beach front. There are hundreds of
hotels which offer tourists a wide selection of
accommodation.

Benidorm has many mountains surrounding the town, this makes
the weather in the city much more favorable. The city is
shielded by the mountains which creates a lovely mild
winter. Many tourists will visit the city during the summer,
there is a lot to see during the day and a vibrant and vivid
nightlife at night.

Many people will fly in through Alicante Airport when they
visit Benidorm. As soon as you arrive you have several
options as to how you can travel around the area. There is a
bus which runs frequently between the airport and the city.
There is also a train which runs a similar route, however
you first have to get to the city. There are also around 20
car rental companies that operate in the city. These will
all collect you from the airport and drop you back, just
remember to tell them when you book your hire car.

The option you chose for travel will depend on how much
travelling you intend to do during your holiday. If you plan
to do a lot of travelling throughout the areas then the best
bet would be to hire a car. This will also allow you a lot
of freedom when travelling around the area. If you plan to
stay in the city for most of your holiday then you might
want to not get a car and just rely on public transport.

Benidorm has attractions which are suitable for everyone,
from young to old. There are also many theme parks which are
of interest to teenagers and some adults. Single people are
also well catered for, they will enjoy spending time on the
beaches and the exciting nightlife. Golfers also have a lot
of choice about which golf course to play on.

There is a 30 mile train journey called the Lemon Express,
which takes you along the cost of Spain from Benidorm. This
train ride has some amazing views, the Spanish countryside
is very beautiful.

You should spend some time researching what is available in
Benidorm, and the surrounding areas. It's a good idea to
find this information out when planning your vacation. If
you plan properly then you will be able to make sure you
have a really fun time on your holiday.
